Randi Moser

Randi is native to the Antioch/Brentwood area and has lived here since she was 5. She is a 22-year veteran in the fitness industry and has presented throughout the U.S. and Canada. She is the co-creator of R.I.P.P.E.D.™ for Kids, and was a master trainer and master trainer director for R.I.P.P.E.D.™ before creating her own format, The Cardio Core Revolution Method, a workout designed to cross-train the body functionally with a focus on posture and correct form. Certifications: ACE, AFAA, ACE Senior Fitness.
