Patricia Stalteri-Grubbs

Patricia has been interested in nutrition, fitness and overall mind-body health since she was very young. Her fitness career started in high school, when she received her first group exercise certification. She continued teaching through college at the University of San Francisco, where she received her B.S. in Microbiology. Patricia has a love of people, coffee, good food and learning in that order! She holds numerous certifications including: yoga alliance 200-hr RYT, AAFA group exercise, TRX, kickboxing, BodyShred, RIPPED and is a NASM-certified Personal Trainer. Patricia has not only worked one-on-one with individuals to help them meet their fitness goals, but has taught the above formats for years as well as bootcamps, tabata and small group resistance training. Patricia and her husband reside in Brentwood with their 5 children and 2 labrador retrievers.
