Clarissa has had a passion for fitness and nutrition from a young age after going through health struggles and changing her lifestyle for the better. She is a college student studying nutrition and screenwriting. She has been taking group fitness classes and training for five years and has tried all different formats, including Ripped, yoga, HIIT classes, Tabata, boot camps and dance. Clarissa is certified in the BodyBarre method and obtained her Nutritional Therapy Practitioner certification through the NTA in 2017. She loves working with people and sharing her passions and motivations with others.
