Dance and fitness have always been important part of Christina’s life. Christina started dance classes at a young age, and continued dance team in high school, to coaching spirit squads, and currently shares her love of dance through teaching cardio dance. She has been teaching cardio dance classes for the last eight years. Over the years, she has taught a variety of formats ranging from, Turbo Kick, Pilates, and strength and toning. Christina loves the energy and encouragement that her students gain from each other during class. Health and wellness have always been a passion of Christina’s. Christina is constantly educating herself on the human body, proper form, alignment, and continually looking for ways to challenge and motivate her classes. Expect to leave class with sweat on your body and a smile on your face.
