Carla Gallo

Carla has loved fitness almost all of her life. She grew up as a dancer and studied classical ballet, modern dance, and lyrical for 13 years. Carla competed statewide for 11 out of the 13 years dancing. She is a certified Group Fitness, Barre, and Yoga Instructor, and a Corporate Company Trainer.

Carla’s passion is to spread her enthusiasm for health and wellness through teaching. Teaching Boot camp and HIIT classes helps her students build their strength, power, agility, and endurance. Teaching Barre classes helps her students have a fantastic work out that’s low impact and gentle on the joints. Leading yoga practices is an incredible way for her to help her students honor themselves while finding balance and inner strength. Since good energy is contagious, Carla’s goal is to help her students become the best versions of themselves!
